GINGER GREEN TEA

Hello! Just stopping by to share my favorite tea, which I enjoy during the Spring season. It is pungent and it ignites my digestive fire while also speeding up my metabolism and allowing me to lose weight easily. It also stimulates the circulatory system and burns Ama (toxins).

Ingredients:

  • 1-inch fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped.
  • 1 bag of green tea.
  • 5 fresh basil leaves.

Instructions:

Prepare 2 cups of green tea with boiling water.
Putitin your blender with the ginger and basil leaves, and blend until well combined.
Let it sit for 5 minutes and strain.
Enjoy it twice a day!

How to drink?
Two cups per day at 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, drink it by itself on an empty stomach.
