I’m Sonia Tigero
As an experienced Ayurveda Practitioner and Ayurvedic Food and Nutrition Consultant, I bring a rich tapestry of experience and passion to the field of holistic health. With more than a decade dedicated to the study of Ayurveda, my career in this ancient science has helped hundreds of Floridians improve their health and increase their well-being. My detox programs, well known for their effectiveness and ease of implementation, are a testament to my commitment to promoting an Ayurvedic lifestyle.
With over 600 hours of specialized training in Panchakarma, the 5-step Ayurvedic deep detox program, and an Associate’s Degree with Honors from Le Cordon Bleu, my foundation in traditional Ayurvedic practices and classical culinary arts is strong. Before embarking on my Ayurveda journey, I dedicated 13 years to the education of future generations in Argentina, where I developed a deep appreciation for the transformative power of knowledge and well-being. At that time and simultaneously, I had already begun my culinary forays into bakery, restaurant and healthy food service.
